All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We carefully inspect and package each item to ensure it arrives in the same condition it left our facility.

Due to the unique nature of our pre-loved items, some products may require additional processing time for quality checks and cleaning. We'll notify you if there are any delays in processing your order.

We ship to all major countries and territories. International shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package in real-time through our website or directly with the shipping carrier.

For international orders, tracking information may be limited once the package leaves our country. Customs processing times are not included in our delivery estimates.
