Returns & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most items. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Due to the unique nature of our pre-loved items, some products may have minor wear that is clearly described in the product listing. These items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive in a condition significantly different from what was described.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements or show signs of excessive wear or damage.

How to Return an Item

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account and go to "My Orders" to find the item you want to return. Click "Return Item" and select your reason for return.

Print Return Label

Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print the label and attach it to your package.

Package Your Return

Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached. Pack it securely and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

Track Your Return

You'll receive email updates as your return is processed. Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items in different sizes or colors, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same return process and select "Exchange" as your reason.

If the item you want to exchange for is not available, we'll process a refund instead. You can then place a new order for the desired item.

Exchange shipping is free for domestic orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
