It is a two toned dress with a midnight blue taffeta on the top and a black wool blend on the skirt section! The blue is made of 75% viscose, 20% rayon, and 5% elastane and the skirt is made of 57% wool, 35% rayon, 6% cashmere, and 2% elastane. On the back there is a stretchy solid black jersey fabric from the shoulders to the waist and it has wide elastic straps for the shoulder straps. It has a hidden back zipper with hook and eye closure and two side seam pockets. It has a wrap style deep V-neck with ruching through the bust. It has a black elastic belt that attaches by Velcro hidden under a leather piece. It has pleating through the waist giving the skirt volume.
