This is the complete set of 8 1964 20th Century Fox Movie Lobby Cards measuring 11" x 14" for “Hush…Hush Sweet Charlotte”, the classic psychological horror thriller directed by Robert Aldrich & starring Bette Davis, Olivia de Havilland, Agnes Moorehead (nominated for a Best Supporting Actress Oscar for role), Joseph Cotten, Mary Astor (in her final film role), Victoria Buono & Bruce Dern. The film was a critical & box office success, earning 7 Oscar nominations which the most for a horror film up to that time.

The condition of this full set of 8 midcentury lobby cards is very fine with excellent images, color & art design. Overall, the unrestored cards have minor wear & tear. See photos.

Following his previous success “Whatever Happened to Baby Jane”, Aldrich originally cast the film to reunite Davis with Joan Crawford, despite their notorious turbulence on set of the previous hit film. Principal photography began but shooting was Crawford departed soon afterwards.
