This beautiful old purse for its age is in fantastic condition!
The front of the purse is made from a gathered fabric that is Victorian brown/copper in color. The flip side is of a soft brown fur (rabbit?)
There is a workable zipper in the front. It has a silk ribbon type handle.
The original tags are still on this piece! I did some research and this store was open in Lincoln, NE from 1884-1910 according to an article called Lincoln's Retail Store History that was published in 1954 in the Lincoln Sunday Journal And Star. (I will include pictures of my research)

There is some discoloration at the top of the bag (see pictures)
