Preowned and in excellent condition. Brush is from his second brush release in 2014. It's been kept in a brush protector and used very rarely due to the large number of brushes I have.

The bristles are tea dyed goat hair, as are the rest of the eye brushes from this set. The goat hair face brushes from this same release are also tea dyed. These are the only dyed goat hair brushes he's released thus far.

This brush is discontinued and very hard to find.

NOTE: I reuse packaging materials as much as possible.
