AMISH DOLLS Faceless Vintage Boy & Girl

Faceless Amish dolls. The Amish believe that no one should make the likeness of man but God himself, which is why they don’t have faces. These two are made of cotton and stuffed.
Here are two, handcrafted Amish Dolls from the late 60’s – early 70’s. I have owned both and displayed In a display cabinet with other collectibles.
The female doll comes with an extra outfit. Both outfits are a flowered print, on in blue the other pink. She is complete with a black bonnet and black apron.
The male has a light blue, flower print shirt, white suspenders with button ends and a black hat and pants.
Measurements:
Each doll is approx. 20” tall and 7.5” wide.
Condition:
Pre Owned. Both are in great, pre owned condition. The only mark or blemish I can find is a little blue (see photos) has rubbed/bled off on the girls leg at the bottom of the dress. Please look at all the photos of the actual items you are buying as they tell the true condition and description of the items you are buying.
