Kurt Hilscher (1904-1980)
Signed, hand-colored etching lithograph
11"x15" (with mat), 10"x14" (without mat)

I believe it's titled "Chanson," which means "Song" in French. Fun etching of a can-can dancer dancing to the music of musicians - a violinist (fiddle) and mandolin. Part of his series that celebrates styles of dance.

Art Deco hand colored print by German artist Kurt Hilscher (1904-1980) celebrates the world of dance. Hilscher was born in Dresden, Germany in 1904 and lived in Berlin. He studied at the Academies of Art in Dresden and Munich and at the Academie des Beaux Arts in Paris. Between 1925 and 1975, the advertising designer Kurt Hilscher created a large number of posters, advertisements, and packaging for many industries. He mainly did advertising for the printing and packaging industry, the theater sector, and the cosmetics industry.

Authenticity not verified, but sure looks like it to me based on comparisons. Lightly taped to mat board (as shown).
