One of a kind modified vintage 1970s sailor Seafarer Utility Trousers Jeans in bright blue lightweight denim (possibly chambray-style, not thick/stiff) that have been modified into bellbottoms with a brown velvety "suede"-feel v-panel. Super high-waisted with zip and hook closure; front and back pockets. Standout OOAK/bespoke statement piece to add to the grooviest of retro hippie festival closets.
