Vintage Butterfly Lovers Chinese Opera 4 Record Set In Original Box With Insert

Vintage Traditional Chinese Music Opera The Butterfly Lovers Laing Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai 33 1/3 Speed 4 Vinyl Record Set In Original Box with Musical Insert. Won 4 Golden Harvest Awards at the Asian Music Festival. Produced by EMI Records, numbers ANL-212, ANL-213, ANL-214 and ANL-215.

This set is from my parent’s estate. My father was a Chinese linguist who would have acquired this piece in the 1960’s-1980’s. I could not find a date on the box, records nor printed insert.

The records appear to have discolored over time from black to a pink-red. Also, the clear plastic film covering the paper label in the middle of the albums has partly peeled off. Otherwise, there appears to only be light scratching, if any. I have not cleaned nor attempted to play this record set.
