Has a flaw of a small internal crack on the surface from an impact with another glass piece. It is rough in that spot.

This is CLEAR glass that was produced with a clarifying agent (manganese). The clarifier glows best under 365 nm UV light. Most UV light devices produce UV light that is 395 nm.
