Compared to the other two types, this one is thicker and heavier, with significantly stronger cut resistance. It achieves a "D" class result in the ISO 13997 (JIS T8052) test. While the thickness makes it less flexible and less breathable than the other two types, its protective ability is definitely superior. It's recommended for those who want solid protection, or for wearing in winter.

I bought this after the random stabbing incident in Nagano Prefecture, but I've only worn it once. I haven't purchased the other two types, so I can't compare, but I didn't find it particularly difficult to move in.
