Barebones Xeon Server Kit

This is my previous NAS build. I upgraded to a 12700k and no longer need these parts. I ran TrueNAS (previously FreeNAS) for roughly 5 years on this setup with no issues whatsoever. I upgraded the CPU a few years ago from an i3-6320 to this Xeon E3-1240v6. This system was easily handling several systems at once including Plex (with gpu transcoding), Home Assistant, Pi Hole, and whatever random docker containers I was testing at the time. It is an excellent system that works flawlessly. The CMOS battery was recently replaced as well.

2x Crucial 16GB DDR4 ECC memory stick (32GB total)
1x ASRock E3C236D2I mini ITX Motherboard with backplate and manual
1x Noctua SecureFirm 115X cooler mounting plate.
