12” Vintage French Oval Copper Pan by Gaillard Paris

Gorgeous vintage French copper oval gratin pan by famed GAILLARD PARIS. This is the copper purveyor the legendary Julia Child sourced some of her professional kitchen supplies from while in France.

In excellent vintage condition showing light wear and evidence of use. Circa 1940-1960s. Professional grade, very high quality.

Beautifully hammered exterior; bears the engraved marking of “GAILLARD PARIS” to the left of one of the circular hanging rings. Very substantially constructed, weighing nearly three pounds. Interior lined in tin (tinning would be advised if to be used for food preparation). Circular hanging rings at each end, secured by two copper rivets.
