From a distance it appears black, but up close, as shown in the picture, it's not completely matte black; it has a slight sheen.

The waist is elasticated and can be adjusted with a drawstring.

Purchased from Hankyu Department Store. It was worn once for a formal event, and has been carefully stored since. Please only purchase if you understand that it's been stored at home.
