Vintage original 1957 movie poster insert (14”x36”) for “An Affair to Remember”, classic doomed romance melodrama directed by Leo McCarey & starring 
Cary Grant & Deborah Kerr as couple who, after meeting on ship, agree to meet at top of Empire State Building in 6 months time in order to test strength of their love. Unfortunately, fate intervenes in this remake of 1939 "Love Affair." Insert is best design from film, considered 1 of greatest tearjerkers of all time.

Film is ranked #5 on AFI’s 100 Years…100 Passions list & nominated for 4 Academy Awards. McCarey was nominated for Outstanding Directorial Achievement by Directors Guild of America (DGA). Artwork in poster is really wonderful & captures sentiment of iconic & much loved film. Poster has few minor tears & separations in border. It has discoloration along portions of upper folds mostly restricted to back only & tiny separation in right edges of upper folds backed by restoration tape. After paperbacking, it will look fantastic!
