I used this to prop up my babies or my arms. I didn’t actully nurse on it as I am an exclusive pumper. It’s pretty much like new as I only used it for the newborn stage. They don’t sell these in america anymore. I like it cause it’s firm. It’s a great back pillow too. It retailed for like 80 bucks.
