Luxman 5C50 Preamplifier - for repair with Detail Test Description

First off, this unit actually powers up, plays music, and sounds good! 
However, there are a few issues that need to be addressed. Fortunately, this should be easy for a competent technician to diagnose and repair. The service manual and schematic are readily available online. Also, the unit is very nicely laid out, with every component labeled, both in the manual, and printed on the boards themselves. It has a ton of test points on the boards that are also labeled. Furthermore, the different circuit sections of the preamp that are located on a common board are isolated from each other by wired jumpers.
Further information: All of the electrolytic caps are within spec for capacitance and ESR, except for the two main power supply caps, which are both down to about 50% of their rated capacitance. All four of the original Luxman DML hybrid IC’s were replaced previously, using the revised Luxman replacement parts. Please see last picture for further information! Message me /w any questions
