1969 Signed Tea Weintraub Sternklar Original Oil Painting - "New York Skyline"

Beautiful framed and signed (front lower left and on back) Tea Weintraub Sternklar art.

Tea is recognized as an artist of international level. Her paintings have been viewed by thousands in exhibits throughout the country.

Sternklar was born in Poland, but lived most of her young life in Italy (where she spent 14 years) and then Israel (15 years). Upon moving to the United States, she lived in Jackson Heights, Queens, New York. Before retiring in 1977, she was a bookkeeper for an art supply distributor in New York City, where she worked for 15 years. During this time she taught herself how to paint and exhibited her work in Greenwich Village (at least 10 years) and the White House during the Kennedy administration.
