The book is in good condition since it is more than 100 years old. Pages are a bit yellow because of age.

I am sure that at one time the edges had gold leaf on them. The edges of the pages are unlike the pages you see in books today.

The paper is of medium weight and was meant to last longer than books today.

There are 273 pages, an index and content pages. No rips, tears, stains in this book.
