replica set of the Isle of Lewis Chessmen. These iconic chess pieces are believed to have originated in the late medieval era, possibly in Norway or Iceland, and were discovered on the Isle of Lewis in Scotland in the 19th century. 
These are small in size. Can send measurements upon request but I'd guess 3 inches or smaller. Not a complete set. Felt on bottom. One small chip on a horsemans horse's ear. Complete replica sets sell for upwards of $500. I am only selling these 7 pieces as pictured as a lot. No board or other pieces. Always packed with care. Made of a resin.
