New York Yankees Vintage Starter Jacket

New York Yankees Vintage Starter Jacket XL World Series 1998 with Patch (RARE).

Has “Yankees” sewn across front, Yankee Logo Patch sewn on left sleeve and large “World Series 1998 Champions” Patch in the back. Starter Logo Patch is on the left sleeve at the wrist. MLB Logo Patch is at the top back of the jacket.

I am original owner and purchased in 1998 when I was 11 years old. The jacket was worn for a short period, but given how expensive these were, was treated as my baby. You can see from the photos the jacket is in fantastic condition minus some signs of aging on portions of the patches, the sleeves and the interior. There are also some small scratches on the buttons.

Jacket has been carefully stored for the past 20+ years. The days of Jeter, Posada, Williams, Martinez, Rivera and so forth and so on are long gone. So while this jacket has meant a great deal to me, I’m now ready to part ways with it.
