Amazingly self deprecating and full of stories about the Beats of NYC along with his cross country hobo-like journies across America. He left home young and had a vagabond life. He was a drug addict and amazingly lived a long life. He puts together this sharp and often funny autobiography in his 70’s. Collectible. The shadows and such on the cover and inner dust cover are only reflections on the mylar plastic cover over the excellent condition dust cover. Pictures of this book were taken atop the cover of an East Village 9th Street garbage can.
