Vintage BLM Bureau of Land Management Bag Black Briefcase Laptop Carry-On

Rare assume from an employee of the BLM aka Bureau of Land Management. The BLM manages 13.5 million acres of public lands in New Mexico and manages 42 million acres of federal oil, natural gas, and minerals in New Mexico.
Very nice briefcase. Perfect for travel. Back has a strap that can go over a rolling suitcase closing with hook and latch. Also has a deep zip closed pocket. Front has a zip closed curved pocket with lots of compartments inside open and one with hook and latch closure/center. This is a deep front pocket. Inside has a center padded laptop divider, with padded back so laptop, or notebook is padded on 2 sides. Other side of divider has some open and one large hook and latch closing section/pocket. I can find NO manufacturer or material content, but feels like nylon blend. Condition: Very nice gently used condition, some wear on curved edges, minor wear, very clean inside
