“When one does the work of the Great Spirit, one receives an eagle's feather as an honor.” This collapsible umbrella designed by Sioux Artist Maxine Noel gives a beautiful depiction of Eagle’s Gift. When open, the umbrella has a 42” spread and depicts one of Noel’s famous drawings – Eagle’s Gift. It repeats the pattern of a Native man with hair and eagle feathers swirling around the black umbrella. It is Auto Folding with wooden handle and slips into a black fabric case with the Native and feathers on one side. When closed, it measures only 16 ½” including the black bulb handle.
