Mid-century Cosco John Deere stepstool

Mid Century Cosco Step Stool. Mid-century vintage stepstool Manufactured by Hamilton Cosco in the late 1950’s. This Stepstool was part of their Stylaire line of furniture, that was produced from 1956-1959. Hamilton Cosco has been out of business since 1977. This stepstool was a mess when I bought it! It Had deep scratches, was very dirty, & had some rust on the middle step & throughout the chrome! This has been completely restored & refurbished. I put a lot of work into it that I probably didn’t need to but I wanted it to last & look nice wherever it spends it’s next 65-68yrs! As you can tell from the John Deere logo, I’m a fan!! I put the logo on the seat back before the 4 layers of clear coat, so it will never fade or peel! This is not a retro copy you can buy in stores today. This step-stool is one of a kind! I Want to thank my wife for bringing sandwiches and sweet tea throughout this entire restoration.
