This is a white trench coat from Comme des Garçons Homme Plus.
I purchased it as a new, unused item from a secondhand clothing store on Rakuten Market about 5-6 years ago.

The belt around the neck is missing (see photo 6).
There are no noticeable stains or yellowing, but there is a small stain on the back (see photo 7).
It is hand-washable and dry-cleanable, so please feel free to clean any stains yourself if you are concerned.
