Beautiful antique Victorian bronze Griffin dragon Candlestick Holder from late Victorian era or early Art Deco period. Very detailed. Not like later copies that lose the crisp artistry. Piece has been Verdigris consistent with long age oxidation. I have not and will not clean the piece as many collectors crave this look. Some pieces actually lose value in the eyes of some collectors when the Verdigris is removed. Remember the statue of Liberty is green due to Verdigris accumulation. Wear consistent with age and use. Beautiful piece.
