19th Century Chinese cloisonne lidded dragon vase/jar. The jar has a wide, round body above a slender pedestal stem with a dome shaped base. The design features a colorful 5-toed dragon chasing a flaming pearl on the center of the body with a wave pattern below, a slightly convex shaped lid with bronze button finial and four stylized flowers on the top of the base. The background is filled with tiny cloud shaped cloisons on the round body, spiral cloison rings on the top of the base with a black background. The inside of the lid is covered with blue enamel and the jar has a solid bronze base.
