The front and back page is not attached, Very fragile because of age and wear, purchase knowing this

I listed as good condition because you don’t find or see too many comics remaining from the 1940s so it’s in good condition to be almost 100 years old

Value 240 as is but I am negotiable

If it was perfect it would’ve be valued at 18,000$
