Vintage 1963 Disney Winnie The Pooh Catching Fireflies Musical Snow Globe Lights

This vintage 1963 snow globe features Pooh and his friends catching fireflies and plays music from the classic Winnie The Pooh movie. Made in China and part of the Disneyana franchise, this snow globe is a great gift for any collector or fan. It is almost 9” tall at the highest point and about 7" to 9 1/2” wide at the widest point.

When wound, the snowglobe plays Winnie the Pooh while Piglet moves back and forth to catch fireflies. When the switch on the bottom of the globe is turned on, Pooh’s jar lights up, the firefly on Eeyore’s nose lights up, as well as Piglet’s jar inside of the globe. When you shake the globe, snow falls for Piglet to catch. Light switch takes 2 AA Batteries. Comes with styrofoam for coverage to store in box. This is a heavy piece.

The 7th picture with a blue background behind Piglet is flash glare, but looks really nice.
