Zelvot Running Vest Soft Flask Pockets Adjiustable Straps Reflective Size ? NWT

This listing is for an outdoor or running vest it has 2 bigger front pockets. The right pocket unsnaps, folds down and has a clear cover...maybe for a phone. **See picture** It also has 1 smaller pocket on the right side of chest near the shoulder and one zipper pocket on the left upper chest near the shoulder. In back there is an open slot pocket. It has 3 adjustable clasps for closure in front. It is perforated in back for breathability. I don't see a size tag. I am a small/medium and it fits me but I had the adjustable straps tightened all the way...even still...I think it's closer to a small. ***Please see my measurements below to help insure a proper fit***

MY MEASUREMENTS
Length of vest 15 inches (measured from top of shoulder down to hem)
Chest 13 inches (measured flat armpit to armpit so 26 inches around)
***The chest was measured with straps adjusted at their tightest so there is a lot of room to loosen**
