This is a brand new, never-worn tunic dress from Rose Tiara with the tags still attached. It features a heart pattern.

It has a slight stretch and a smooth feel. The sides have chiffon-pleated panels, held in place with ribbons, creating a silhouette that doesn't flare out too much. It provides a slimming effect and covers the figure nicely.

I purchased it at Kobe Hankyu department store, but it has only been tried on and has been stored away.
