Subtle Lalique signature on bottom of each knife rest. Signature includes initial R which dates the items to pre-1945.
Lalique crystal is the ultimate symbol of French luxury. Founded by renowned French glassmaker and jeweler Rene Lalique in 1888. Lalique is best known for producing frosted glass art during the early twentieth century until present.
After Rene Lalique's death in 1945, no Lalique piece features the first initial of his name, but only a subtle marking Lalique.
Cherub knife rest is approximately 4 inches long and 2 inches tall
Duck knife rest is approximately 4 inches long and 1.5 inches tall
