Condition: Fair. Significant wear to cover, spine, and edges with heavy rubbing, fraying, and some exposed board at the corners (see photos). Binding remains intact but is delicate, with visible shelf and age wear. Tanning and foxing to pages throughout.

Front endpaper features an inscription: "A merry Xmas, To Alice, From Myrtle. Xmas 1920." Pages are tanned with age-related marks; content is complete and readable.

Decorative green and blue hardcover design with gold embossed flower illustration and ornate border. Spine displays significant fading and wear but retains title and author info. Back cover shows discoloration and scuffing consistent with age.
