Worthington vintage pencil skirt from Y2K 2000s, maybe early 2010s era. 3 panel flat front. Back has retro 40s kick pleats. Bright aqua teal. Thicker stretch material. Cotton nylon spandex. Unlined. Fitted or body con style, depending. High waisted. Came with belt originally, but loops were cut off. Great used condition. Minor flaw of scratch near waist as seen in closeup. Also, the hook for hook and eye needs to be fixed. No size tag but measures like 4 or small. 13.5" across waist. 26" long is about knee length. Machine wash cold gentle cycle.
