This ONE of a KIND genuine LEATHER wallet features two unique skulls tattooed by an artist as part of a unique rehabilitation program. The skulls are painted and directly tattooed into the leather therefore you can feel the texture of the art on the wallet. Very UNIQUE art! Most of these wallets only have one panel of art. This one has TWO with both panels SIGNED by the ARTIST. There is a little blue splatter of paint done by the artist as seen in the last photo.
