Older Women Bust la cartapesta From Lecce Italy By Antonio Malecore Paper Mache

Bust of a smiling older women made in Leece Italy cartapesta style. Artist is Antonio malecore and figure is on a wooden pedestal with the artists name displayed and he had signed on the bottom with the year 2000. It must have been early in the year 2000 since you can see where he made the mistake with a 1 under the 2. There is some rust on the name plaque but no damage on the sculpture. Approximately 11 inches tall and 4.5 inches wide and 5 inches deep. Weighs approximately 2.5 lbs.
