A hard to find paranormal / supernatural book which aims to share government documents on alien encounters and UFO sightings, balanced with levelheaded research and interpretation of these findings. A comprehensive look at hundreds of these kinds of cases. Some rubbing/scuffing to covers and shelf wear around the edges - including some creases, mild chipping and bumped corners. Binding is visible in a few gutters though spine is straight, all pages are attached and binding remains fairly strong on the whole. Some handwritten digits on top outer edge of text block near spine and small discolored area to same edge near fore corner. Otherwise, all pages are clean and unmarked. See photos for condition.
