Overall the Avant Garde Magazine No. 1 – January 1, 1968 is in good clean condition but the pages have come loose from the edge binding. and has some signs of wear from handling and aging. The white cover shows some soiling accumulated of time. Some pages are yellowing from age. No major rips or tears and NO odd smells.
