Softcover boards with white plastic ring binder with red book title to spine. Front cover has a woman peeling shrimp and the rear cover is the Louisiana Acadian Flag. There is slight edgewear along the front cover and a small stain on the back cover with rubbing to the front board. There is some rubbing in the slots where the front cover is attached to the plastic binder. All corners have slight bumping. Text block is tight with no pages coming loose but there is a small stain along the top side edge that has bled into the interior pages creating a small blemish on the top of those pages. Previous price in pen on the inside front cover (probably from 1980 when first published). Otherwise, except where noted above, the Interior pages are clean throughout with no tears, chips, or other previous owner marks. 237 pages including recipe index and advertising pages.
