These are tapered chino pants that are said to be from the French Army, though the details are unknown.
While they were occasionally seen a few years ago, they are rarely seen these days.
I'm not an expert, so I don't know if they are military or civilian.
They have a slim and beautiful silhouette, and I remember being excited when I first saw them, thinking I had found the perfect pants.
The persimmon wood buttons are also a charming feature.

Unfortunately, they no longer fit me, so I'm offering them to someone who can wear them.
