It's previously owned and used and in very good pre-owned condition with a small spot on the back, but no other defects or problems. Please note that this item isn't brand new and doesn't have tags. It's good to get it cleaned properly before you wear. It'll be kept in a plastic bag to prevent smell and dust.

There's a small spot on the back. It is not a stain but seems like it is some mark from the folding. Then when I rubbed a tiny bit of water, it left a spot. I can't even describe what it is honestly. Please see the pictures.
