Damage:
- item works fine
- screen works fine, no damage to the pixels from what I can see
- very little scuffing from use, but does have some wear from regular use
- little scuffing on shell and screen
- this is a handmade shell by an artist, handle with care

Takes two AAA batteries. Not included.
