Pink Princess Philodendron, with HEART-shaped splotches

Please consider this exceptional plant with not only beautiful coloration but also an abundance of HEARTS on the leaves and their undersides, as seen in the attached images. Both the upper and lower surfaces are adorned with these distinctive markings.

Although there is some damage, as shown in the pictures, it does not hinder the plant's growth. However, it appears to have an aversion to my care, and I would be deeply saddened to see it perish.
