All of my Items are TSA, Gov/Military, Police, State confiscations and surplus gear/equipment. This means various
stages of possible use/conditions on items, some can be brand new, others used, they all sat in storage for X months or even years. So even if an Item is brand new, or never used, it might still require a cleaning etc.
