Knife 1: JA Henckels 108-11" chef's knife. 1900 Paris & 1904 St. Louis Grand Prize, Solingen, Germany
Knife has some discoloration on the blade and the tip has broken off. Normal wear to the blade from using a whetstone or grinding wheel, but very sharp and holds its edge well

Knife 2: Wester Bros No. 30 12" slicing knife, Solingen, German
Normal wear and discoloration to the blade. Very sharp and holds its edge well.
