Rare version of a Selsi 10.6* Wide 7x,35 made for them prior to 1960 (no JB#) by the highly respected Japanese optic firm, Hiyoshi Kogaku! Gorgeous one piece body, both hinge caps (IPD scale on top) made of solid metal. We cleaned prisms and blackened sides so as to enhance brightness and contrast. Strong original vinyl backed leather carry strap shortened and held on with brite metal barbell keepers. Case in equally fantastic shape with unique construction details. Entirely conditioned both the case and bino. You could easily pay as much, usually far more, just for such servicing. Focus controls much smoother after a lube job. Hinge a tad stiff, but very useable. Stunningly clear, sharp and wide views!
