6 Antique Set Signed Chinese Blue & White Porcelain Hand Painted Scenic Tea Cups

Rare and very unique antique porcelain set of 6 hand painted, signed by the master craftsman Chinese porcelain tea cups, decorated in the traditional blue and white. Very unique theme is painted on each cup, with the major scene of a c.15th century European man standing on the shoreline, smoking a meerschaum pipe with a flag ship sailing vessel in the background. The rest of the cup is painted with scale-like designs as though it was a fish. Very beautiful and unlike most Oriental cups. I am not sure of the complete age of these cups or the history. I bought them at an estate sale. They have a tulip-like shape. 4 cups are pictured but there are 6 in the set. No damage whatsoever. The colors are bright and no chips or crazing. Will be a glorious addition to any collection.
