99% Mint! Waterford seahorse sticker & UPC label attached. Orig owner said bowl was never used, only displayed; with careful inspection, this checks out! No scratches noted in bowl. No cracks or cloudiness. Bought as flawless but we’re nitpickers; with magnifier, saw tiny dot-like imperfection inside near dip of one scallop, per 8th pic; and even smaller one inside another dip, too small to appear in pic. Reflected in price. Wasn’t noticeable until inspecting with magnifier. Minimally-worn box w/ 2 pieces of tape on lid; foam inserts & brochure.
